Aditi Sahay

Aditi Sahay is a legal associate in the Real Estate Practice at RJD & Partners, where she provides legal support and advisory services on a broad spectrum of transactions relating to immovable properties and regulatory matters. Her work encompasses title due diligence, advising clients on various transactions involving commercial, residential and agricultural properties including sale, transfer, leasing, licensing, development of both greenfield and brownfield real estate projects.
She has extensive experience working on matters related to land transactions, society redevelopment, and regulatory compliance for real estate projects across Maharashtra and other states in India, such as Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, etc. Aditi is also actively involved in drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including property management agreements, lease deeds, and development arrangements.

Aditi holds a BBA LLB (Hons.) from National Law University, Jodhpur, and has four years of experience in real estate law.
