Dhruva Shetty

Dhruva Shetty is a legal associate at RJD Partners with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in real estate and commercial law. Since 2023, Dhruva has been actively practicing real estate law in India, with a focus on both transactional, real estate due diligence and advisory work. His core competencies include drafting conveyancing and transactional documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, memorandum of understandings, development agreements, etc. He has been part of teams who has been successful in drafting resolution plans and defending the plan against all claims before the National Company Law Tribunal. Dhruva has experience in advising clients in respect of acquisition of land in India, redevelopment of societies within Mumbai, pursuing slum rehabilitation schemes, advising clients on group housing and plotted development schemes, etc. His ability to navigate through complex legal issues, documentation and regulatory frameworks, combined with his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to timely execution, makes him a valuable contributor to the firm’s real estate practice.
