Ishaan is a Principal Associate with RJD & Partners with 8 years of experience, with specific interest in real estate transactions and disputes, hotels and hospitality deals and general contracts.

He has assisted clients, which include leading developers, private equity funds, family offices, financial institutions and manufacturing companies, in various types of real estate transactions. His expertise includes title investigation, negotiating transaction documents and advising on transaction structures.

Whilst the Firm is situated in Mumbai, Ishaan’s proficiency extends pan-India and he has advised clients on acquisition and other transactions across the country.

He also advised hotel owners and operators on a range of matters, including negotiating operating agreements, advising on regulatory issues and other transactions.
