Neveille Mukerji has an experience of 17 years, handling a broad variety of disputes spanning across multiple practice areas, courts, tribunals, authorities and quasi-judicial authorities including Labour Courts and Tribunals. He represents clients in matters relating to economic offences and white-collar crime along with employers in connection with inter-se disputes between labour unions and companies, employee termination and transfer issues, and other labour related matters.
